Select the desired campus activity in the first block. In the second block select a student member who is associated with this activity in an administrative capacity for the semester. Or on page two select faculty or staff. Or on page three select from outside organizations who are associated with this activity for the semester. Either type of staff is optional and more than one person can be assigned.
