This screen allows creation of policies concerning when, and how much of each fee will be refunded when a course is dropped. Select the organization providing the aid in the first block. Select the specific fee in the second block. Then enter details of the amount of refund to be provided. This refund must be qualified by either the number of days into the semester or the actual date for which this policy applies.
