This screen is for entry of Fixed Fees for specific Section Components Make sure that the semester and year that you are concerned with is selected in the top panel. Enter a query in the first block for the specific section and course. In the second block enter a name, amount and any restrictions on the users that this fee applies to. Finally pick a fund that will be credited with the fees collected.
