This screen is for acceptance of payments on behalf of a student. Select the present batch in the first block. Then select the desired student in the second block. For this student enter as many forms of payment as are received in the third block. For each type of payment enter the amount and the type. On page two allocate this payment to specific outstanding charges for fees or tuition, if desired. Select either a fee-based charge or the current tuition amount and enter the amount to be applied.
