Staff Services consists of three principal areas.

Faculty-related services allow data about faculty to be captured. This data can be used to determine the appropriate person to teach a specific course, for example. Historical details are available so decisions can be based upon prior experience at this institution or elsewhere.

Outside persons and organization information can be captured. This information can be used to produce mailing lists for event notifications or for arranging activities with other organizations.

Events and activities on campus can be captured to and displayed on dynamic web pages directly from the database. This information can be used for promotion as well as for coordination of staff involvement and room availability.
