Ask for material about the college to be sent to
you
Use this form to request college material. The more detail you provide the better we will
be able to supply you with material to meet your specific requirements.
Apply for Admissions to College
Use this form to submit an application to the college. After preliminary information is
received you will get a package in the mail with further instructions about completing the
application process.
Check on status of application
After your application is received you will be issued a password and id which you can use
to check your application status over the web.
View College Departments
Use this form to view list of departments and administrative units at the college as
listed in the bulletin.
View Courses Offered
Use this form to view courses offered at the college as listed in the bulletin. The screen
will first allow you to select the department and then show the courses offered.
View Sections Offered
Use this form to view sections offered for a given semester. The screen will first allow
you to select the semester and year and then to choose the department and course.
View public attendance records for any student
Use this form to see dates of attendance and degrees granted for a student. You must know
the social security number.

For a student sample data will be generated that represents a student in the middle of
their academic career. You can then use the forms below to try enrolling for courses and
viewing other information.
For a faculty member you will be assigned as an existing faculty member so that you can
view courses that you have taught and post or correct grades.
For an administrator you will be given lookup only access to every screen in the system.
In actual use there are many types of administrator accounts each with different
privileges.
